Automated Pipe Handling System

Power Catwalk

Suitable for rig floor heights ranging from 9m to 14m and capable of handling tubulars up to 24" inch diameter. Available in models designed for single, double, and triple stand operations
Pipe racking system

Features a fully servo-electric drive system for high efficiency, energy savings, and precise positioning. Models are available to accommodate drilling rigs with drilling depth of 4,000m, 5,000m, 7,000m, 9,000m and 12,000m respectively.
Floor Manipulator

Available in lift-type and push-assist models. The lift-type manipulator, when combined with the monkey board pipe handler, enables vertical transfer of pipe strings, significantly improving efficiency. It features an innovative "lift-below, assist-above" method, supporting automation upgrades for older rigs.
Iron Roughneck

Performs make-up and break-out of pipe joints at the wellhead, delivering high torque output and available in a full range of specifications.
Offline Manipulator

Fully automatic system for offline stand building and dismantling.
Power Drill Pipe Box

Single-stand and double-stand power boxes designed for the storage, handling, and transportation of pipe strings on the ground.
